PAYMENT OPTIONS

We offer various secure payment options to choose from:

ORDER CANCELLATION

You have up to 24 hours to cancel or modify an order from the time the order was placed.

Order cancellations & modifications requests should be directed to our Customer Service Team via email to sales@beachsociety.net and include in the subject line your order number + “Order Cancellation” or “Order Modification” along with the details of your request.

The Beach Society Customer Service Team may reach out to inform you of any outstanding issues with your order such as product availability (out-of-stock), payment issues, or an invalid shipping address. If the Customer Service Team is unable to get in touch with you to correct any order issues, then your order will be canceled.  

ORDER PROCESSING

Depending on the item(s) purchased, orders can take 7-10 business days. Order fulfillment is not processed on the weekends.

Transit Time: Please note that transit times are measured at the initial point of shipping.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

We proudly offer free shipping without any minimum requirement. Average transit times from our warehouse can range from 5-38 business days to ship. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time. Any delivery issues should be directed to the corresponding shipping company stated in your tracking confirmation e-mail.

Split Shipments

Orders placed with multiple items during checkout may be shipped separately. Shipping charges will not be incurred on subsequent shipments.

Shipping Delays

Due to circumstances outside of our control, the following scenarios may cause delayed shipment:

  1. Holidays
  2. Natural disasters or poor weather conditions
  3. On rare occasions, orders may be delayed due to customs clearance
  4. High demand products with low inventory shortage

PACKAGE TRACKING

Once your order has been processed an e-mail shipping confirmation will be sent out once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your package en route.

Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your package tracking information to generate. In rare circumstances the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order.

Any issues while your package is in transit should be directed to the courier prior to contacting the Beach Society. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

REFUNDS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items returned outside the 30 day buyer's remorse period will be denied.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, liner attached, and in its original packaging. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear. Proof of purchase providing the order number details will be required.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@beachsociety.net and include in the subject line of your email your order ID + "Return Request" along with the details for your return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:  Beach Society, PO Box 1811, Bloomfield, New Jersey 07003. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUND STATUS
If your return is received upon inspection, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with the outcome of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. Please note all credit card companies and banking institutions will differ in processing times for your refund to post. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@beachsociety.net.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Non-refundable items include worn, damaged, soiled or laundered clothing, jewelry, accessories, shoes, sale items, and gift cards. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear with liners intact to qualify for a refund.

Unapproved items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be eligible for a refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns for any reason.

EXCHANGES
We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the incorrect size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@beachsociety.net to request an exchange. 

Note - The fastest way to process your exchange is to make a separate purchase for the new item and to send us back the first item.

      All of our packaging is 100% recyclable. The mailers/shipping packaging is also 100% compostable – being environmentally friendly and sustainable is a top priority for us. 

      First thing you can do is track your order! It will be able to tell you where your order is if it hasn't arrived yet. We do our absolute best to meet all delivery deadlines however, sometimes things can run a little slower than usual. If this doesn't provide you with the information you require please fill out the customer services contact form and they will be in touch as soon as they can!

      Returns/Shipping

      If you don't love our products, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to set up a refund. Please note, we may require proof of purchase to consider your refund request.

      We’re very sorry to hear that your item is faulty and would certainly love to have this resolved for you, please contact our customer service team via our help page with a photo of the fault and we can send you a free returns label - Once the item is returned a refund will be issued back to your original payment method - Faulty items will be checked on receipt and validated.
